"This was ordered at the same time the party pack was ordered. It arrived at the same time, but, instead of it reading 1st birthday, it was for someone elses 80th birthday. The sticker holding it closed was correct, the banner was wrong. Had to be reordered. We had to drive about 45 miles to pick it up before noon on a saturday, because UPS does not deliver on Sat. Their office closes at noon on Sat. It was a headache and a half. The final banner was fine, just a lot of work."
