"Purchased these for my son's birthday party - high quality, absorbent, colors of print did not bleed to make a mess - Birthday Express was the only local place I could find Clifford items, so I had to pay a higher price, which was the only disfavor of this product."

"I ordered three of these for my son's birthday party - three days later, the one we brought home is still full of helium, which shows this product is good quality. There are many stores that sell mylar balloons for lower price, but since Clifford products are hard to find, I had to purchase these through Birthday Express for a higher price."

"I bought these cone hats for my son's first birthday - the elastic strings that were included were too short, causing them to be too tight for both my one year old son as well as even my ten month old niece."

"I bought the Clifford cone hats for my son's first birthday party, but the elastic strings were way too short, making the cone hats too tight to wear even for a one year old as well as my niece who is ten months old. Suggestion to Birthday Express - remeasure the elastic you send! Suggestion to future purchasers - be ready to make your own elastic strings for this product."
