Title: Fun outfit but wished for better size

"I received my costume just yesterday. It is a cute, fun outfit. I wished the belt went all the way around.
I am 5'0 feet tall and the dress is just too long. If they are not going to sell petite size, it would be good if they could make the dress somehow adjustable for length."
