"I bought a different one like this a long time ago. I remember now why I did not like it. They really don't work. ALL of the party stores sell them and I don't know why. They really do not work on regular sized balloons. Sometimes works on skinny balloons. What they work best on are mylar balloons that are being used with balloon sticks and cups for a bouquet.
I am going to buy an electric pump the next time that I need a balloon pump."

"The balloon sticks are great! The only problem is that sometimes the cup comes off of the stick. This can be easily fixed, if necessary, with a little tape. I used them to make balloon bouquets. They were adorable. Make sure to buy enough."
