"This comes with a chest plate/vest that you cannot adjust so depending on the size of your child it may hang to his tummy and not actually be a chest plate. The only other two pieces were the whips. The service I received was very good from Celebrate Express and it was delivered before the promised date, but definitely not worth the price. It is made of a soft rubber material and we could not get the thing to glow in the dark"
