"I ordered these balloons to match 2 party themes, however, there was only one blue balloon in the package. The rest were black. The company quickly made things right. Over all, the balloons are very good quality and very affordable."

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD –Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
