"I purchased the Hippo Framed Mat to go with the Sweet Safari 1st Birthday theme for my baby girl.
I had read reviews on some of the mats and noticed complaints about ink smearing. We used a fine tip Sharpie and had no problems whatsoever.
I displayed my baby's picture inside the mat on the gift table and asked each guest to sign it. This is one of my personal favorite keepsakes.
One thing to note is the frame does not have a back support for standing. You'll either have to prop the frame on something or purchase an easel.
All in all I highly recommend this product!"

Title: Save your money and splurge on something else

"I purchased the Sweet Safari High Chair Kit to go along with the other items from this theme.
I was very disappointed in the size of the mat. While the size of the floor mat is given, it was smaller than I expected. Had my daughter tossed cake over the front of her highchair it would have hit the floor and not the mat.
The bib is plastic too and a nice size. It ties in the back which I could not get secure enough as my daughter kept pulling it off her neck. Maybe it needs velcro tabs or sticky tape. The bib also has a pocket to catch messes but again, if baby pulls it off it sort of defeats the purpose.
Also included with this kit was a little mini flag banner to put around the highchair tray. You must have tape on hand to secure it too.
Over all this kit was a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this item."

Title: Plastic table cloth did its job

"I purchased the plastic table cloth to go along with the other individual items I purchased out of the Sweet Safari Jungle Theme for my little girl's first birthday.
The jungle animals are simply adorable, still with a sweet feminine feel.
We have an oval table which seats 6. The cloth was longer than needed so rather than cut it to size I simply folded the ends under and used tape to secure it. The width of the cloth wasn't as wide as some I've purchased but it covered the table for the most part.
This is just a simple thin plastic table cloth. It did the job and held up to crumbs, spills and splatters.
I could have purchased a solid color cloth from our local dollar store but decided to splurge a little extra on a cloth with the same animals as all the other items in this line.
I'd certainly recommend it to complete the party theme."
