Title: Not what I expected

"The description for the angry bird tatoos says that it includes 16 tatoos. I'm not sure how they get that number! It is one sheet with 8 tatoos; or 8 perforated pieces. If they actually are counting each of the little birds as 1 tatoo that you would have to cut apart, then that would make 18, not 16. As such, it is NOT worth the price of 3.99."
