"I've ordered many costumes and accessories from here and have been very pleased. This is the only item I've had trouble with. It looked nothing like the picture no matter what I did to it. It was all knotted up and if I tried to get the knots out...the hair came out. I highly recommend this site, like I said this is the only thing I've ever had problems with."
