"the hats were very hard to put together..we had alot of bent and toren hats bc they were so difficult to put together. i wouldnt purchase these again!"

"placed my order and had a call from customer service telling me that i was missing text..i called back there was confusion between everyone so my order ended up messed up, but they made it right by sending me the correct product! so i was very pleased with my product in the end!!"
