"I tried to find ways to make this costume look nice but it was impossible. It is poorly designed and has no structure. With the included plastic wire and your own pillows, as suggested, it still looks mis-shapen. Standard size pillows don't even fit the pouches and even if they did, they still would not fill out the costume properly. The head hole is too small for my five year old, but the body way too big, so I can't imagine how this is one size fits all. I am a small framed petite woman, and I couldn't make it work for myself either. Cute idea but it is uncomfortable and doesn't even work. Don't waste your money. I am returning it."
