Title: not worth it

"I ordered this costume in the beginning of September. Was notified twice it was on backorder. It is cut extremely small and not made very well. The seams fell apart immediately and the skirt frayed. It was quite expensive and definitely not worth the money. Very Disappointed!!! Will be returning it!!!!"
