Title: size of dress way off

"The dress was way too big!!!! I ordered a small, the waist measured 32 inches. It was supposed to fit a 25 inch waist. The stiching around the neck line looked as if someone did it with their eyes closed. I didn't expect high quality but this was rediculous."
