"I'm a full size 18 and not sure if it would fit anyone much larger than myself. Also, the feather was not even close to what was pictured, full plume. It was a rather measely.
I did have lots of great compliments. You will need to wear a cami and shorts or a skirt with it since the material is sheer. It's a costume, not daily wear"
