"My 9 year old daughter wanted to be a pirate queen for Halloween. I didn't want her to have a hat that might fly off while she was trick or treating. I thought the headband was a great idea. When I received it - it was smashed so I did have to work with it a little. For the price I couldn't really complain. It fluffed out nicely & added a fun touch to the costume. Shipping was quick."
