Title: What a disappointment

"These hats are not only a pain in the behind to put together (took forever and I ripped or smooshed half of them in the process), but they're worthless. The elastic is too short to fit anyone but the smallest of children. If, like most first birthdays, your guest list is mostly adults, don't bother. Silly me didn't try one on before the party and just assumed they'd fit like most party hats. They sat on the table, unused, instead since no one could wear them. Waste of money AND time!"
