"This cake topper was really beautiful and matched our theme: Rainbows and Unicorns. We had a cake with "elite frosting" which is like whipped cream. The unicorn wouldn't stand up on the top of the frosting and sank into the cake up to her knees. I would recommend putting the unicorn on some type of base made from plastic that helps it to stand up without sinking. Possibly chilled buttercream frosting would have enough strength to hold the unicorn up. I don't recommend putting it on a soft frosting or soft cake."
