Title: Upper leg larger than pictured

"The boots are excellent quality for the low price paid. We bought them for a pirate performance in a play and Halloween. The upper cowl of the boot is much larger than the size pictured. They are purposefully cut outward from mid-calf to upper cowl - a very dramatic pirate cut. I thought he might be able to wear them under long pants after, but they are definintely only for pirate wear."
