"I wish I would have read the reviews....doesn't fit adults with a chest. It wouldn't even look good if I wore a tank top underneath it because it loops out. The plus side - FAST shipping, great price and good quality. Looks cute but doesn't fit an adult properly. Good for children or adults with NO chest."
