Title: Not Pleased with Banner

"I was not pleased with the banner that I ordered for my son's birthday party. The picture was not centered to show his complete face. I ordered other items with the same image and they turned out fine. Not sure what they were thinking when they reviewed my banner and thought it looked okay with half of his chin missing?"
