"For my son's puppy-theme 1st birthday party, I was planning to make my own banner. When I did an internet search, I came across Birthday Express and saw that they offered a personalized birthday banner. I immediately placed an order for one. Delivery was fast and I am so impressed with how the banner came out. Excellent quality! The banner and matching balloons will definitely make this a well-put together party.
