"Celebrate Express pretty much never leaves a thing out of a party! I appreciate their attention to detail in making every party as special as possible. I got a lot of compliments on this cake & topper (and the specially themed evites and banner too!)

"This was my second year ordering a banner from Celebrate Express for my daughter's birthday. All I can say is that these are not your ordinary cheap throwaway banners! These are keepsake quality, durable banner material and look just FABULOUS for just $15 or so. We hung the first banner up in her room after the party and kept it up until we got a new one this year. A must for any party I think. Thanks and keep up the great work!"
