"Loved these! Did a whole Yo Gabba Gabba Theme with mini cupcakes, regular cupcakes, and a cake. These went on the regular cupcakes and were perfect. We used the rings for the mini cupcakes."

"Looked great once put together, but took some effort and more tape than what was provided. Also, totally open on the bottom and closed on the top which was kind of odd. The tops started bending towards the end of the party. We added some ribbon (at the recommendation of someone here) and it really made them pop."

"We had an awesome Yo Gabba Gabba themed party at a local bounce house type facility. Got a ton of stuff from Celebrate Express and all of it was awesome quality and price.
As others have said, they are actually just generic blowers that come with a plex cut out, but they're fine and serve the purpose. Only wish other characters would be available as well."
