"We needed this costume for my daughters oral presentation at school as Annie Oakley. It's always nerve wracking ordering online because she's tall and thin for her age. The costume was beyond perfect! The hat is an actual hat not a soft foldable felt. The shirt is darling and the skirt is stretchy and very comfortable. We are thrilled with this purchase. The only downfall was that it didn't come with a cap gun but in this day and age I suppose it would be a liability."
