Title: Not what I expected

"I was really excited to get this dress at this price, but you get what you pay for. The torso is much too long, so the seam doesn't sit right, below my hips instead of at my waist. The material on the arm is so itchy I don't know if I can handle it. The skirt material is really really cheap looking.
The poofs on the sleeve is nice, as are the plastic skeletons. I think Im just going to have to get out the sewing machine and fix it."
