Title: Don't waste your money!!!

"These Rally Flags were NOT what I expected. The only part that gets blown up is the pole or handle and the flag itself is flat and not blown up. The seals on them were all defected and would not hold any helium. You can NOT use these with a bouquet of balloons because they do NOT float even with helium in them. Kids can carry, handle, play with them. I was very disappointed with them and upset that the seals did not work. I would NOT recommend these:("
