"I ordered this banner for my nephew's first birthday and was so happy with what we received. The banner is made of a heavy duty plastic that can sustain some wind (for outdoor parties) and would be hard to rip or tear. The picture was very clear, and it looked great. Everyone at the party loved it. You will not be diappointed."
