Title: GREAT company to work with!!!

"The space hats, although made for children, were a terrific hit for a skit that a bunch of us were doing. But there was a snafu on my order - probably MY fault - and when the hats didn't arrive, we called and were immediately helped by a very nice, cheerful gal. The helmets were express shipped, arrived in time for the skit, and everyone was happy!! :D"
