"I purchased this costume for my 5 year old son. He is 46 inches tall and weighs 45 pounds. The medium (size 8/10) fits perfectly over his pants and sweatshirt. My son normally wears a boys size 4/5. The costume is cute and most importantly, my son LOVES it!!!"
