"I should've taken the previous reviews to heart. These blue balloons were made very poorly. They were all sticky in the bag. The first one I blew up tore immediately. The rest that stayed inflated had a gross, streaky substance inside that showed through the balloon I couldn't use them at all. The red ones, however were awesome and added a nice touch. Just go red only, and save yourself the aggravation."
