"The mylar's color was off compared to the plates. Thank goodness I brought the plates to the party store to pick out latex balloons for the bouquet. The balloon was more purple than blue and more orange than red. I am sure no one noticed, but I did."

"This item has to be put together b/c if comes flat. It was a pain to roll them. Next time I will just buy different hats that are more sturdy and don't need to be rolled and the elastic put on."
