"The matting was glossy which means when you write on it you have to be careful not to smear what you write or what someone else wrote. When you are running around assuring things run smoothly you don't have time to worry about that too!"

"I usually make copies of a picture of the birthday girl and include it in the thank you card. When I saw this I thought it was a great idea and it wasn't more than what I normally pay (after buying thank you cards and making copies of a picture.). The card stock was heavy and didn't feel cheap. Great deal! (and less headaches!)"

"the cup is so cute, BUT I'm disappointed with the durability and quality. The design printed on the cups came all scratched. After a few uses I am sure the design will be off the cup. Bummer!"
