"AS SOON AS I PULLED THIS OUT OF THE BOX THE FEATHERS STARTED FALLING OFF.....VERY POORLY MADE. I TRIED FIXING WITH NO SUCCESS. MY DAUGHTER IS NOT ABLE TO USE IT WITH HER WITCH COSTUME FOR HALLOWEEN."
