"Im very pleased with this costume!
Keep in mind it is just a black tank dress with 2 sections of "fish" sewn on. The tank dress is also very short, I am 5'4 and a xs does not even come close to covering my bottom - leggings will fix that though! Other than the length it fits very true to size.
The bits of "seaweed" are also a darker green but thats the only difference from the picture!"
