"The 3D element of the number 1 makes these hats a fun twist on the original birthday hat. I actually appreciated that they were delivered in need of assembly, as they could have easily gotten bent during shipping if not. Assembly took no time & was seamless. The hats lasted well after the party & were a cute addition to my daughter's Big Day."

"The quality of this banner far exceeded my expectations. I hoped it would last for just the party, but the material (not paper) was so durable. The employees at Celebrate Express initially contacted me to let me know that my original photo was too blurry. I was reassured to know that quality checks were conducted on their end. We received so many compliments on how adorable & original this banner was--I will definitely order again. Surprisingly great purchase!"
