"Heavy vinyl material that can be reused. I wish I hadn't put "3rd birthday" on there, just happy birthday so I could reuse it. Highly recommend. Would hold up outside in the rain."

"however the reason for 4 stars is their size. They are quite a bit smaller than I expected. I thought they would be about the size of a beanie baby, but are about 3/4 the size. Other than that they are perfect!"
