Title: Not a Cape, more like a hood!

"I assumed the costume would look the same as the picture. Like another reviewer mentioned, the cape is literally a hood with velcro and only goes down to her shoulders! It looks ridiculous and is not at all similar to the picture. I'm never ordering from celebrateexpress again!"
