"The size is too small for my average sized almost 3 yr old. It ripped along the torso seam upon second in-home wearing. But it is so pretty in pics and in person, we'll pose her in it for pics but had to buy another mermaid costume (different one) for actual Halloween. Also the fishtail at bottom is just impossible for walking- she has to hold up the entire dress to take a step forward."
