Title: Be careful of sizes

"My daughter is 42 inches tall and quite thin. According to the size chart, even a small (for 44-48") should have been too big for her. When the size small arrived, it was tight. Celebrate Express sent me the bigger one (size medium) with minimal hassle. I hope my daughter grows before Halloween because the medium is definitely too long!"
