"This was the best investment we made for our daughter's party. It helped complete the whole look and feel for her (as she called it) "Shamu" party. We didn't find anything close to the theme she hoped for anywhere else and felt fortunate to find Celebrate Express' themed package. Little did we know that every penny we spent would be SO worth it regarding the value of the party supplies we received. Everything was made/manufactured really well and was not flimsy discount-store quality. It really was the best you can get."

"We LOVED these plates... they were our motivation to buy the sea life basic party package. My daughter adores marine life, but particularly orcas (a.k.a killer whales). Try finding that party theme from any other retailer! Celebrate Express delivered a difficult theme with no disappointments. We can't even begin to say how happy we were with everything!"

"These gorgeous placemats are made from sturdy cardboard/poster board-like material and are printed beautifully with vivid ink and detail. They are definitely one of those little "finishing touches" that adds to the charm and appeal of a party."

"I've always bought table covers from discount places, so this was my first time through (what I now know is a) quality party material retailer. It makes a bigger difference than I knew. These table covers are soft on top, but water proof plastic lines the underneath part, and they look great. I'm so happy we picked celebrate express... will definitely be ordering through them again for future events."

"We bought a bunch of stuff through celebrate express, but also supplemented our party supplies with some other items from other retailers. We bought our own helium tank to blow up our balloons. The thing i must say is this: These are top-notch, high-quality, best-of-the-best latex balloons. The additional latex ballons we bought were thin, flimsy, and awful compared to the quality of the balloons we ordered through celebrate express. They supply the best of the best."
