"Costume was cute, however the whole reason why I ordered it was due to the lights. The lights would not turn on....bummer :("

"This item does not even come close to fitting a size 16-22. I would say that the more appropriate size category would be 12-14. Not to mention, the material is COMPLETELY see-thru!"
