Title: Sizing is off, but very good quality costume

"I ordered a Small as that was what I should fit according to the chart. Small was extremely tight. So I ordered a Medium and the bottom was too big but I compromised and made it fit. Top does show alot of cleavage, had to wear a top underneath. Overall the quality is excellent and it is a cute costume for women that dont want to be a big frumpy clown. Wore it for my sons costume bday party. With Converse of course!"
