"I found this on target for 29.99 but when I went to purchase it, it was sold out so I was happy to find this one at a similiar price. I think the costume is cute although I wish the quality was a little better for the money. My daughter is a 3t and the tutu fits her but the top is to big I will have to take the straps in. I'm glad I purchased it though I think she is going to look adorable."
