Title: Beware of Chin Straps

"I would have given 5 stars to every category, but the chin straps sabotage this product because they are TOO SMALL. My 2 year old could not wear the hat because it was cutting into her chin and sides of her face. I tried to wear it a little while to loosen the elastic up, but it didn't work.
The actual hat is wonderful, but have some sort of back up plan for the straps."
