"This theme is adorable. This kit comes with everything you need and great quality- the plates are sturdy, cute colors etc. It comes with only one owl balloon, so if you want more impact (like I did), I'd recommend buying additional owl balloons. It does come with several solid colored balloons though. Overall I'd recommend! A bit pricy, but worth it to be able to get everything you need at one time. Shipping was quick as well."
