Title: Lazy- "Missing In Action" Ballons

"I am delighted that Birthday Express is available online and it has served my famly well with soon to be five grandchildren. But this go around I a extremely disappointed with t ballons. Not just one bad packet out of seveal, but all packets were lazy,did not want to stay up and lost 1/3 of them while blowing them up. There was another party going on next door that appeared to have used a lesse quality balloon, but ours were put to shame inaddition to not having enough"
