Title: Arms too Tight but Good Otherwise

"I am very happy with the quality of the Costume but it was a little too snug across the ribs and way too tight in the arms. I am a 3X and I had to have help zipping up (a lot of help). I have already let it out about a half an inch in the back so now I can breathe just fine. The gold bands that go around your arms have no give or stretch. For the price I paid I certainly got the quality. A very nice costume, especially the stitching. Also, the petty coat is separate from the dress and it has an attached slip that goes all the way down so none of the itchy tulle rubs you. Oh yeah, the necklace (choker) it comes with is ridiculous. If you are plus sized, at all, do not plan on wearing it. I gave it to my daughter to play dress-up with… it fits her. And one last thing, I am 5’9” and the dress touched the floor in flats so if you’re short plan on heels."
