"I purchased this for my 3 year old & just received it! I must say it is SO CUTE on! The dress was a tad short for her with the petticoat, but not a big deal. The quality is also well worth the money and we even got a free sample of cereal! She is so excited to wear it for Halloween, Thanks!"
