"It was a little confusing when I received them because each side comes seperate. Once I realized how they went it was a simple set up. They were too cute as with everything from this set!"

"These were really cute and matched well with the rest of the set but one bag had holes in half the balloons. I believe it was just a fluke so I would still recommend!"

"OMG... this is the cutest banner ever!!! I am so happy that I ordered this for my sons 1st bday! It is higher quality than I was expecting for the money... I thought it was going to be more of a paper than the vinyl... definitely something that can easily be saved for memories!!! The picture was so detailed it even showed the tiny red birthmark he has on his face... Definitely a great buy. I would have paid way more... Thank you so much CelebrateExpress for having CUTE AFFORDABLE deco that is very unique!!!! Love a new Lifetime buyer!!!"
