"For 3.5 year old average-sized daughter, needed the size 4/6 NOT the 2T-4T, which I originally ordered. Celebrate Express was great about handling a fast exchange. This costume is the complete set, and looked really cute. My daughter complained top was a little itchy, but a long sleve t-shirt underneath did the trick."
